Delivery and Returns
We will pay carriage on orders over £120 on the UK mainland and on orders over £180 to the highlands and islands. There is a carriage charge of £10 for orders with a smaller value before VAT.
In most cases delivery will require a signature, please make
sure you have the goods delivered to an address where
someone can accept your parcel. Damaged or incorrectly
delivered cards should be notified within seven
days. Please retain the product and contact us by sending an

Terms and Conditions
• All cards remain the property of Bizzie Lizzie Cards until paid for in full.
• Goods are supplied at current list prices.
• We aim to dispatch all items within a day from receipt of your order, but UK customers should allow up to five days from this date for your order to arrive. Please note delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
• We will advise you of any delays, or if an item which you
have ordered is not available and will give you the option of an alternative design.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, then it can be returned within seven days of receipt at your own cost.
• You will receive a full refund, providing the goods are in still in
their unopened inner packaging.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis
• All purchases within the UK are subject to a VAT charge rated at 20% The prices shown in the brochure are exclusive of VAT
• All orders accepted subject to our terms and conditions.
